NEWS: OVER STAY/RESIDENT PERMIT ISSUES SOLVED WITH NEW AMNESTY LAW - Lawyer Ramadan Sanıvar

Lawyer Ramadan Sanıvar throw more light on the new " AMNESTY LAW" that was passed and approved yesterday in Cyprus(TRNC).

This new "AMNESTY LAW" is the new law that is been passed and approved to help foreigners with the following issues and more: 

•  Resident Permit(Muhaceret ) Debts : Those living in Cyprus(TRNC) for over a year without                                                                  Resident Permit(Muhaceret) or Expired Resident                                                                           Permit(Muhaceret)
• Unregistered Students: Students who have freeze their semesters or signed out of School for                                          a very long time thereby not having any Valid Resident                                                                Permit(Muhaceret).
• Deported: Persons that have been deported for reasons of illegal Stay in Cyprus

According to the information we gathered from Lawyer Ramadan Sanıvar, he stated that living in Cyprus)TRNC) without permit attracts a sum of 82tl per day.

Now the good news with this new "AMNESTY LAW" that has been  passed and approved  is that these debts can be canceled and one will still have a Legal Stay in Cyprus(TRNC).

Those Deported overtime can with this new law register with any school and have their deportation history canceled.

The New " AMNESTY LAW" also helps in further areas as well as for "Turkish Workers" in Cyprus(TRNC) who has failed to renew their work permit overtime.
